Worst Service Ever!. Reines RV is the absolutely worst RV Dealer and Service Center I have ever dealt with. They had my RV for two months for an Awning repair (insurance job). They tore it apart, realized they were in over their head and refused to do the repair, after being paid by the insurance company. Now I am left with a mess. My insurance company is trying to deal with Reines. We'll see where that goes. Craig in the service center is very hard to deal with, and is very condescending when he speaks to you. He tells you what he thinks you want to hear until you confront him. Then he gets defensive and starts yelling. Very unprofessional. STAY AWAY!

Love doing business with Reines RV CTR.
Our experience started by an e-mail about information on a shadow cruiser they advertised on their site. Well the e-mails were informational and in answered all your question and concerns.
They held the trailer and we went down to pick it up. From the minute we arrived there, the employees were so helpful and went out of there way to make us feel welcomed. The trailer was exactly what they promised and more!
We know we will be very happy with our new purchase and will be doing business with Reines RV again!
