Wow this Gold's not your Fathers Gold's Gym. Walking into this gym was a surprise, from the outside you couldn't tell how big and nice it is. The coolest thing is a cardio movie theater, yes a real movie theater but treadmills bikes and elliptical s instead of seats. I actually enjoy doing cardio now..ha! They equipment for beginners to advanced to ladies only. Ton of Aerobics classes, my wife loves Spinning, Kick Boxing and Yoga . A great deal for the price you pay.

I got a trainer and have lost over 25 lbs and now fit into my old jeans!!! Wooo Hoooo!
