We’ve had a storage space here for years and have always been pleased with the service and reasonable rates. Jo and Nick have taken customer service to a new level. We’ve made some unusual requests when it came to our storage needs, and they’ve bent over backward to help. Their dedication is obvious, the place has never looked so good. Our whole family highly recommends Americana Self Storage.

Whoever wrote the last review "Buyer Beware" is way off the mark!
Our organization has had a storage unit at Americana for two years now and we LOVE it. Jo & Nick are helpful, professional, dedicated people - we have personally dealt with them dozens of times since renting the space and could not be happier with the management.
We agree with the first reviewer - this is a great place to store your stuff.

Buyer Beware! Trashy Service - Low Security - Bad Management

Buyer Beware!! Beware this companies 0 tolerance late policy, the low level of communication and service and their lack of security. Buyer beware!!! Managers Joe and Nick are short fused and threatened me with what they "would do" if I told anyone about my very negative experience with them.
An top of all this, the only security on the premises are super low resolution cameras that probably couldn't make out the letters on a license plate.
