I just wanted to say that your team was a big help to me recently, especially Andrew. I knew I needed tired and I had a few other maintenance items that needed attention. I was able to call Andrew in advance and go over the problems and talk about what type of tires would be best and fit into my budget. He found me a nice set of Firestones at a reasonable price and addressed the other issues we discussed. He identified the "Death Wobble" by my description. By the time I came in he had everything written up and was ready to go. He made it easy for me and the car is running great. Thanks!

This place is as close to a hometown mechanic as you can get. The staff is very friendly and I always feel like they are being honest with me about what does and does not need to be done with my car.

They get your car serviced quickly and I feel their prices are reasonable especially compared to the highway robbery that is called The Dealership.

They have also sent us coupons for free car washes and appetizers at local restaurants for being loyal customers. I like that they appreciate my business and support other local businesses too.

We've been bringing our vehicles to your shop for 8 years and will continue to do so as long as we live in the area. I send everyone I meet to your shop and tell them the story of the first time I cam there with a problem and was told nothing was wrong with my car. I patronized your shop for the first time yesterday, and found it to be a very impressive experience. I was treated with the utmost respect and everyone in your shop was extremely friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. I would like to point out one such employee in your shop in particular. Clint Dalton went out of his way to research whether or not I had to have certain repairs done on my car in order to pass inspection. In addition, when I returned to pick up my car a few hours later, I found him dealing with a female customer with a smile and a calm demeanor. it was only after I sat down and started chatting with a friendly elderly gentleman who patronizes your shop regularly that I found out that I had walked in on the end of a 37-minute excruciating dissection of this woman's bill. I was amazed to see that he continued to have the calm composure and pleasant look on his face as if he had just begun speaking with this woman. That sort of professionalism is hard to find and should be recognized when displayed. Both due to the extreme professionalism shown by your employees, as well as the rave endorsements of the honesty and integrity of your mechanics by the elderly genetleman I had the pleasure of speaking with, I will continue to patronize your shop and will encourage others to do so as well.

I just wanted to commend you for the excellent service I received last Friday. I thought I was having a flat tire, so I went straight to the Tire Shop. Even though you all were busy, Jamie graciously agreed to have someone take a look at the car. Your mechanic, Andrew, went above and beyond the call of duty both in diagnosing the problem (missing caliper slide pin bolts) and in doing everything necessary to have the problem corrected immediately. Thank you so much for the courteous, professional services I received. I truly appreciate it.
