Best place to go for PC gamers. Lots of keyboards, mice, laptops, desktops, and monitors. Very light in the game department though. Hope that changes.

Customer service is terrible. Great place for parts, take repairs elsewhere.

Customer service is hit-or-miss, but the prices are usually pretty good!

Huge store, but is disorganized and it can be extremely complicated to did what you are looking for. Don't expect any of the employees to ask you if you need help finding something.
