Good job. With the new management,I am still in the stage of getting to know the staff. For me it is VERY important for the staff to know their customers. At this point, I am NOT known by all of the staff. The oil change was performed correctly, however, they Sonata takes only 4.4 quarts of oil in a change. They did put the correct amount of oil in the car but failed to return the unused oil. I brought my own oil to put in the car. The remainder of oil would be about $4

nice job. We have been customers at VA Tire and Auto (formerly Loehmanns Plaza Texaco/Shell) for over 25 years. They have always provided us with honest, reliable, efficient service for our vehicles. We would recommend this service station/tire store for all vehicle repair needs. The managers, mechanics, staff members have always been friendly and courteous and the service is performed in a very timely manner and clearly explained.

Good work. Excellent. I can always rely on getting fair and reliable estimates on what needs to be done on our aging two cars. Building trust in your auto-mechanic is a tricky task and VT&A has managed to build that trust. Good work as always.

15 minutes. I went early to drop off my car for state inspections and was pleasantly surprised when the guy at the counter said that my car would be taken back immediately. So I decided to wait and I am glad I did. Within 15 minutes I was back in my car and on my way running errands. Although I was lucky, there were other people that came in after I did

Inspection. Took our Honda into the dealership for a Factory recall summons (related to some dash light) and was told the next time in they needed to work on our bakes as they were worn and needed replacement. They are the experts right? About 2 weeks later, we need our State Inspection, so we take it down to VT&A and specifically ask for them to look at the brakes during the inspection. VT&A said that the brakes were find and we passed inspection. This is not the first time a dealership has tried to drum up business and won't be the last. The honesty that VT&A continuously demonstrates is very refreshing and the main reason we will take our vehicles to them for service.

Quickly and efficiently.. The oil change/lube job for my 2005 BMW was done quickly and efficiently. The bill clearly states what had been done, and Steve at the front desk was helpful and clear.

Answers questions. Good shop for complete repairs and maintenance on your vehicle. Staff is friendly and helpful and will answer all your questions with respect.
