Slow service..very slow. Just ordered a simple sandwich to go and ended up waiting 40 mins because they had forgotten to put my order inM

. I didn't receive an apology or discount for the inconvenience. Considering I paid over 15$ for a now cold, hot sandwich I will think twice before returning.

I deeply apologize for the lack of service upon your last visit with us at Celebrity Delly. In no way shape or form is the service you have received acceptable or a true representation of the Celebrity Delly. With that being said, I greatly appreciate your candor and your willingness to call us out. As a manager, I love to receive negative criticism as well as positive criticism; however, to be honest I prefer the positive more than the negative...but then again it is all constructive criticism. I will take to heart your complaint of our lack of service and assure you this will not happen again.

More over, I humbly request that you try Celebrity Delly again in the near future! I am here 7 days a week and would love to speak to you personally and for you to experience our true high level of service. If you have any suggestions in the future, I would love to hear them.

A Real NY Delly worth the trip. This great place needs to be on the Food Network's show Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Not only does it have a real New York delly atmosphere, but the food is unbeatable. The portions are huge; enough for two or enough to take half of it home. Everything is freshly made and brought to your table by a professional delly waiter. Ask for Mario; he's perfect for the place. Try the corned beef on the freshly baked rye bread or some of their signature sandwiches. Worth looking for this little shopping center gem.

Really, really, really good deli food!. The meat was fresh tasting, the bread was amazing and the service was good! I look forward to coming back!

great vlue for condolence platter. Recently I had to order a condolence platter on line. Someone told me about Celebrity Delly. What at value! And it tasted just like NY! The meats were fresh and plentiful. I'd certainly use them again. Great service, great foot and great prices. Highly recommended
