Outstanding service!. I had to make a rush order for a memorial service and had a credit card glitch that couldn't be resolved with another area florist due to language difficulty with the service person. Mimi, the manager of Vienna Florist, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out - so much so that I joined CitySearch to write this review! I would recommend Vienna Florist & Gifts to anyone; it is refreshing to see real service in this day and age.

Excellent Service - 5 Stars!. Excellent service. 5 star all the way. I live in California and placed an online order on a Fri night after the shop had closed for the day. I didn't realize until after the order was placed that the shop is closed on Sat. The order was for a funeral service on Sun and I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Sat. I was very worried that as they're closed on Sat and Sun, that the order (over $100) would not be fulfilled.

I sent an e-mail to the e-mail address on their website just after placing the order and the manager, Mimi, contacted me after midnight VA time, stated that they do fulfill orders and deliveries for limited hrs on Sat, and confirmed the order would be taken care of. I would never expect this type of customer service in California. I'm am extremely grateful, given the circumstances, that Mimi contacted me and put me at ease and took care of the order.

You cannot go wrong with Vienna Florist.
