Best of the Best. PEOPLE!!! Please disregard the bad reviews of this business! I have had nothing but the best service available! The office is conveniently located in Vienna and the people who work there are so caring and accomodating.

The RN's are very informative and they have many years of experience-----GOOD EXPERIENCE----PROFESSIONALISM!

I have had great results with the laser and now I am currently getting treatments for some sun spots on my face and neck.

Try them out...you will not be disappointed!!

Terrible communication and bad customer service. I purchased the deal for a facial and massage by the NV Electrolysis Center. I scheduled both for the same day and not until I started my facial was I informed that the massage wasn't "going to happen" due to the therapist not being available.

I sat int he waiting room for 40 minutes before being seen. After I was on the table, prepared for my facial, the esthetician left three separate times to work on her own electrolysis patients while I was forced to wait. My 45-minute facial took 1 hour and 20 minutes due to her making me wait (that is on top of my 40 minute waiting room time).

Awesome!!!. My first trip to Laser plus was a great experience, I was so tired of having to get my lips waxed so frequently and I was a little nervous about laser but the staff was fantastic.I made the appointment and they explained everything to me about what to expect and how to take care of it later.I am so pleased with the results and no more waxing!

IMPRESSED!!. Coming to Laser Plus was probably the best thing I did!! I have had a bad experience in the past with another center and decided it was time for me to leave them. I searched online and found Laser Plus. I was able to make an appointment quite conveniently and be seen by their personnel on a Friday afternoon.

From start to end, I must say it was the best move I made! I am satisfied at their professionalism and ability to explain the best hair removal method for me.

I would be willing to try out the other services they offer. and their pricing is quite reasonable. Give em a try!!

Address is incorrect, 380 Maple Ave West #301. I was referred by a friend to Laser Plus for my age spots. I must say, I am extremely happy with my results. I have had some spots removed from my face a some from the hands.

I can't remember my nurse's name, but she was very good. The scheduling of appointments is very easy and they are able to be flexible. If you have skin care concerns, call them.

A++ Service and extremely pleasant!!!. Seriously....RUN...don't walk to Laser Plus. They are great. I have been a client for a little over a year for Laser and microderm. I have so many good things to say about them. So friendly, so courteous.

Go and try them...you will NOT be disappointed. Very professional and they take the time to explain the procedure to you!!

Great Service and Staff. First - Actual address is 380 Maple Avenue West. I have been going to Laser Plus for my IPL and back hair removal for the past 6 months and am very pleased with their service. I found the staff there to be knowledgeable and professional.

Not a place for laser treatment. I went for a consultation on laser treatment, but didn't like it at all. To me it was more like a mama shop on the 3rd floor. Compare to other places in VA this place is very pricy for an "old laser" in the room. There are better Dr's Offices in Mclean . DO your research!!

Excellent Service and friendly atmosphere!!!. I had a laser treatment here and a Microdermabrasion. Both treatments were extremely comfortable and relaxing. The laser treatment on my lower legs and underarms is almost complete. They have laser nurses NOT laser techs like all the other places, The nurse who treated me was very nice and explained the procedure and what and what not to do before and after my treatments. I don't know why someone who reviewed them previously would say he/she got burned. Their equipment and room are both very neat and clean.

They also are very accomodating. I was able to schedule my follow up appointments according to my schedule!!!

Thank You Laser Plus!! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking at getting quality service and treatments!!!

You get burned, trust me.. I would not recommend this place, at all, to anybody that doesn’t like to get burned. The consultation was very short and unprofessional. I end up buying 2 packages for my lower leg, which was very pricy compared to other offers in VA. On my first appointment the laser machine shut off, right in the middle of the treatment, the laser technician mentioned that it” happens sometimes”!Are you kidding me .On my second treatment I had a different person work on my leg and I felt the heat so badly that I end up with burn patches on my both legs. I was so upset that the only thing they could say was that” sometimes you get burned and just exfoliate and don’t go tanning”!!!I ended up with brown patches on my legs and they still haven’t gone away. I am really mad at the way they handling their business. I attempted to get my money back, but they refused. The place is a messy very dirty, and the machines are old.
