Best Chinese food in Dale City!. I've lived in the area for 7 years and tried pretty much every chinese food delivery joint around. Sampan is by far the best. They food is stellar and their delivery service always gets to the food to your door promptly.

Not so much the service as the food. The service can be more customer oriented, it seems as if the workers just want to prepare the food, not interact with their customers. But I guess if they paid less attention to the food, it wouldn't be as delicious as it is. It's is fast…
