Horrible quality and rude service - Go somewhere else

I wish I had read another person's review before going. This crappy business is on my way to work. I went to him twice and you would think I learned my lesson the first time but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. The first time was to glue back on the bottom of my soles to my shoes. He charged me ahead of time which sucks and is bad since you don't know how the service will turn out. Well guess what? The sole came out in less than a week. I ended up buying glue from another shoe shop and fixing them myself and they've lasted for months now.

The second time was for fixing my heels. His quality of fixing the heels was poor. The shoes are not level, which is why I got them fixed. If I wanted my shoes to be unleveled, I could have left them as is. He was not willing to listen to me nor did he care that I would never come back.

What a waste of money and my time! I'll be taking my business elsewhere and plan to put this on various other sites. Hopefully people will read this before going to him. He's rude and obviously he's making you pay upfront b/c he knows his quality is crappy!
