This people - Nancy Joya, FRAUD!!! Fraudulently selling service. CRIME!!!. _________________________

Nightmare, Disastrous experience with this school. Like comments above said:"They never answer their phone and when they do, they are rude and very rarely do they have open spots." Yes, indeed, they are so rude, and so unreliable._____________________________

First time, I called them, Nancy Joya answered the phone, and told me that she needed to check the spot availability and would get back to me in 30 min. But she never called me back.______________________________

One week later, I called them again and still Nancy Joya answered the phone. This time, she still said she needs to check the spot availability and would get back to me in 30 min. You know what, she finally called me back 5 hours later. At this moment, I should have realized that they are so unreliable and I should have not deal with them. But because they are close to my place, and I still chose them.____________________________

I paid $250 with credit card for 6-hour classes. Nancy Joya set the first appointment at 2:00pm on the next day. Then in the morning (around 11:00am) next day, she called me to postpone the appointment to 5:00pm, I said OK.______________________________

I arrived the meeting location at 4:50pm, and I had been waiting for about 1 hour till 5:50pm. Their instructor text me said he was on the highway and delayed due to traffic. Oh, come on, 5:50pm already, nobody showed up yet!!! Nobody called me to apologize!!!____________________

I tried to reach them by their two numbers, both nobody answered. So I had to text them to tell them cancel the class and refund my credit card. _____________________

Later I tried to reach them again through the phone numbers. But Nancy just didn't answer my calls and tried to avoid me! So finally I had to use Skype to call them, so they can't see the number and Nancy answered the call. I told her I had reported my bank CHASE for the fraud since she didn't want to get the problem fixed and delayed my refund. She was very emotional on the phone, so I was. We had a fierce fight over the phone. She said she would call police if I call her one more time to threaten her for fraud. I said Great, I will also want to call police! She was very very rude and very bitchy, just like they did nothing wrong.________________________

Anyway, I have reported CHASE bank to dispute this $250 transaction. I don't trust her will refund my money since she's not trustworthy and very unreliable!!!
