Good Chinese in VA. The prices are incredibly low for this area and the delivery is prompt. The people who take your order over the phone can be a bit difficult to understand at first, but they are warm and sweet, and will start filling your delivery bags with extra goodies once you're a regular customer. Recommended (when you're in the mood for takeout).
