I choose this hotel based on the low price and it's location to the Van Dorn Metro station an the fact that they have a shuttle to take you to and from it. They are like a 5-10 min shuttle ride to the station and the shuttle runs every 20-30 min. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and buildings are old but my room was clean and sufficient. Decent continental breakfast too. Lots of places to eat surrounding the hotel and close to main roads. I would definitely stay here again. Keep in mind this is a motel and not some fancy hotel and it'll be great.

Very convinient location if you have to be closer to downtown DC for a great price. Clean room and comfortable beds. Large parking, pleasant surroundings. Definately I will stay at this location again in the future.

I thought it might be too far from the subway to do business in Washington, D.C., but their shuttle service is great! I want to stay there every time I come to D.C.

There was a problem with the bathroom. The hotel staff had us move to another room. I am disabled and the staff at the hotel moved my room from the 2 floor to the first floor. And there no problem checking in with my dog. I hope to use this hotel next year for the bicycle race.

My wife and I went to Washington DC for a weekend trip. The hotel was less than 10 min. from downtown DC. Easy to get to right off the highway. For the price and the location it's a good place to stay.

Clean and quiet. Spent 2 months here. Would definitely stay again. Close to buses (Metro, Dash, & Connector).Close to a wide array of restaurants, shops and services. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location easy to find restaurants and easy access to 95 to DC the people were friendly although check n took 30 min the area is kinda getto but over all I will definitely go back on my next trip to DC

My wife was awaiting relocation while working in Crystal City, VA. For nearly half a year she had to make the decision to live at a reasonably priced place than to pay the atrocious ap't rates and the inconvenience of being far from work. DIVA Landmark was excellent w/ conveinence of Metro Shuttle to Van Dorn, Romeo was great, Steve sometimes. Lol. Mgr Tiffany Scott did an outstanding job with her group of young professionals in front desk, Frederick, Fadumo, et al. May not be 4-star accomo but their rates were great for a very long stay & convenience outstanding w/ home-like service.
