Overpriced and just phoning it in.
Bittersweet has been around for years, and their menu shows it in it's lack of innovation and tedium. Prices are high, the desserts are very disappointing. The servie used to be friendly and chirpy, but after having had a uncomfortable encounter with the owner over a quality issue, I can understand where the "bitter' in the name comes form.
There are plenty of better, and cheaper places to go in Alexandria.
