Best Hair Salon in Fredericksburg. I've lived in Fredericksburg for close to nine years and always had to go to different salons to find the right stylist and colorist until now. JEN FARRAR at Outlooks for Hair is the BEST. She knows her stuff when it comes to hairstyles that are classic and well as the styles that are hip and trendy. I have thick naturally wavy hair that just loves to frizz and she is the best when it comes to cutting my hair the right way and flat ironing it. Plus, she's great when it comes to coloring my hair.
