Dangerous. I ordered flowers through an online carrier and the order was fulfilled by this florist. When he delivered it on the wrong day, I called the carrier to just give them an FYI. They offered me a full refund and I accepted. Four days later, he called the recipient (recovering from major surgery) and threatened her. He used profane language, harassed her, and demanded the flowers back. She was terrified. The carrier promised to drop his contract. Do NOT use this florist. He is dangerous and willing to attack the recipient, who had zero control over the situation.
