OK people. Stafford is a small town. People talk...LISTEN BEFORE YOU USE KAZ'S. Kaz did not fix my car and Chris was clueless. Being a manager, he seriously acted like he had no clue while claiming to help but waiting forever without doing anything to fix my car. Cathy was horrible to work with. The owner is an arrogant man, well versed, claims to be honest, but will take your money and run. When you write a review on other sites, they respond, "we are not familiar with you or you are not in our database." Funny, how so many people are happy, yet so many are furious with the service Kaz gives. Lots of reviews...HMMMM. Look at them carefully and the long list to see the real problems. It's easy to write a review yourself..STAFFORD....LISTEN, LOOK AT THE BAD REVIEWS.

I WILL NOT STOP SAYING HOW KAZ DID NOT FIX MY CAR, THEY WERE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. If you have done business with Kaz's, I beg you to file a report with the BBB AND WRITE REVIEWS so that people know the business ethics at Kaz's. Women and military, you should know better from the reviews. I took my car to Kaz's and it was a living nightmare to get them to fix it. Finally, took it to a competent mechanic and will never use Kaz's again. On a regular basis, I tell everyone NOT to use Kaz's due to bad service. Please do the same.

Good Experience. We took our daughter's car to Kaz and were very happy with the service, so I then took my car there two days later. I had a girl named Cathy wait on me. My service engine light was on. They did a diagnosis and found that it was only a loose gas gap. Cathy did not charge me the full diagnosis due to the simplicity of the problem. Great Service! They are two for two with my family.

Horrible Customer Service. Went with my friend to get his car worked on and boy that was an experience. Didn't even get up to the counter, just standing in line to be helped, and saw the most rude, disrespectful and mean person at the counter. Totally turned me off. This Cathy Dennison person who greats and checks out people has the biggest attitude I have ever seen. Not only to the customers does she talk and act like she doesn't have time to help, she is also this way with the employees that work there. We walked right out the door, didn't even wait to get help. Not going to a place where someone makes you feel like crap and then you want me to give you money. NOT. Get rid of Cathy and you might have a better shop !!

I Really Like This Place!. Kaz came highly recommended to me by my neighbor, and they lived up to exactly what she said. The service is top notch, the management staff is very engaging and informative, and most of all, they fixed my car.

I am a single mom, on a fixed budget, and need to know that I can trust the people working on my car. I believe I have found that with Kaz. They gave me options on what needs to be done now and what can wait a bit, so I can budget for it. I like that. Not pushy at all.

I talked with Chris, the manager and Cathy both times I have used Kaz and they were very professional.

I will definitely keep coming back for all my car needs.

Thieves!! Beware. We took our Dodge Neon in a few months ago because we had a sensor that needed to be replaced. They charged us an outrageous amount and the next day the light was back on. We took it back to them and they said it was a "different" sensor but they "only "charged us $100 to replace it. This week we took our car back to give them one more chance. BIG MISTAKE!!! We had an oil change and asked them to give us an estimate on the brakes. After paying $47 for the estimate we decided to wait on the $600+ it was going to cost us to get everything fixed they were saying needed to be. My husband was replacing the front brakes himself and one of the lug nuts was stripped. When I took it in to them they said would be $100 to take it off and put a new bolt and nut on there. I told them just to take the lug nut off and we would deal with it from there. After paying ANOTHER $47 I find out the they just broke the bolt off instead of actually taking the lug nut off as directed. Needless to say we will never go back there again and hope that others read this and take warning.

What a disappointment. I was hoping to find a local place closer in the area and I went to Kaz's. It was a nightmare and I feel like as a woman they took full advantage of me. My car was fixed incorrectly and they made it clear that nothing would be done about it.. He also deals with UHaul which after this experience I definately will not be using him for. Buyer Beware.

Want to be taken for a ride? This is the place. I took my car into Kaz's. I left without it being fixed at all and they charged me almost $1000. Please save yourself headaches and the pain of dealing with an unprofessional place with horrible ownership and management. The manager is condescending and

unprofessional. The owner is even worse. Read what the reviewer said about the workers talking about sex in the lobby in front of their children. I would not doubt it. Read the other reviews under "around the web" I think they are all listed and not so great. READ THE REVIEWS UNDER INSIDER PAGES. I dont understand why they are not listed here to protect the consumer. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE POST IT TO PROTECT OTHERS FROM THE HEADACHES THIS COMPANY WILL PUT YOU THROUGH.

this place is the best. I sent my wife in when we moved here for the test ( meaning her being a woman some places will use that as a easy sell ) She requested a brake inspection and oil change (knowing our brakes were fine!!) they did every thing very right the young lady at the counter was very friendly the gentleman that did my car talked to me when done and made me aware of my oil leak which I find comforting knowing they would inform me of any unforeseen issues. And the mechanic that did my brakes was honest they did not try to sell her something that was not needed. I will be going to kaz for years to come. Thanks
