Citysearch Editorial Review.
Packed with cheering sports fans by day and thirsty young professionals by night, Lucky Bar stands in stark contrast to this Dupont Circle strip of trendy lounges and nightclubs. This venerable watering hole's three bars and 22 TV screens make it a popular place to catch a wide array of sporting events--it's one of the premier places to watch soccer in the city, offering up all the top matches from the English, Spanish and Italian leagues--and cheap-as-dirt happy hour specials pull in the after-work crowds. The pub's relaxed, casual atmosphere turns lively on weekend nights, when DJs spin Top 40 hits and ’80s classics for hordes of 20-somethings looking to get their groove on (or get lucky, as the case may be).

Ok place for happy hour.
Decent happy hour and good place to watch soccer. I recommend that you grab a seat at the bar because the waitresses are not pleasant. Each time they greet you with a bad attitude that makes you want to go somewhere else. On top of it all, they are not pleasant to look at either.

For Soccer its a DREAM!.
It's a great pub.....that is if you like soccer. It has all the Premier League and Champions League games and the atmosphere is excellent. You can play pool and get some appetizers while you enjoy the game. The interior is however a bit shabby.
