Best HairCut. I let one of my beauty school friends cut my hair, and it was a disaster. I was so sad. I called and made an appointment to get my hair fixed. I was sure that my hair was ruined from the cut. I was surprised that I loved my short bob that I got. I am now growing my hair back out, but Piaf really made me happy. Thank you.

Curly Hair Master. I just wanted everyone to know that If you want a great cut from someone who really knows curly hair Melissa is your girl! The salon was beautiful, the staff was pleasant! The cut and lessons in curly hair I learned were priceless! I highly recommend her for anyone with curly hair like myself!

Amazing Spa!. I went in to Piaf Salon & Day Spa recently for a girly day at the spa. A few of my good friends and I went in for manicures & pedicures along with a 60 minute massage. I couldn't be happier!! I felt so rejuvenated from their services, I seriously felt like I was on cloud 9! I thought the staff was wonderful and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

wonderful. It was a wonderful experience. The place was bustling with people an the staff is absolutely amazing. I truly recommend this place to anyone who wants a big city look without the big city attitude!!!

Bad haircut. I went to Piaf for a haircut, based on its inclusion on the Washintonian magazine's list of the top salons in the city. My stylist was terrible. She didn't wash my hair before the cut and didn't even wet it - just started cutting. She took cell phone calls while cutting my hair, and even talked on the phone while actually using the scissors on my hair! I was quickly rushed out as soon as her lunch date arrived. Such rudeness would be tolerable if the haircut had turned out well, but it was choppy and uneven.
