Late Night Muchin with Julia. Late Night Snackin with Julia's - Despite it's almost absolute dearth of delicious Mexican food, D.C. can occasionally come through on the occasional delight from south of the border (by which I of course am referring to Spain and Portugal...) My point is, these empenadas are pretty delightful, super cheap, and are just straight grub available late night.
