Teaism offers some of the best options for vegatarians and vegans alike in the downtown area. Tofu based breakfasts and tasty whole oat, oatmeal make for a wonderful place to start your day regardless of your dietary needs or prefs.
The cookies and tea drinks are also worth a try alonmg side of your bento box if you stop in for lunch! All in all a spot defineltely worth being add to any downtowners regular lunch stops.
