Citysearch Editorial Review. Owner The Nguyen has been polishing nails in D.C. since 1994 and has built a cult following around her sunny, second-level salon on Adams Morgan's busy 18th Street. Loyal clients have followed her from her days as the Four Season's nail technician to her current location, which is truly a family affair: her sister also does nails, her daughter--a licensed esthetician--comes in weekly to do facials, and her son runs the massage studio upstairs. The space is small--there are just five spa chairs with foot baths--but it's cozy; there's a worn-in leather couch in the sun room that extends over 18th streets, so clients can kick back and let nails dry while watching all the commotion down below.
