Avoid at all costs. Used to be a good store, now it's a rip off -- go there if you want to pay more than you should for a suitcase and get treated badly. I speak with feet and my pocketbook by going elsewhere, would recommend you do the same.

I HAVE SHOPPED THERE FOR MANY YEARS. I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT LANES FOR ABOUT 15-YEARS. I LIKE A STORE WHERE THE SERVICE IS ATTENTIVE, AND THE SALES PEOPLE ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE OWNER IS ALWAYS THERE AND AVAILABLE FOR ADDED ASSISTANCE. THE SALES STAFF ARE FRENDLY AND ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL LIKE AN OLD FRIEND. YOU DON'T FIND THIS KIND OF HELP IN THE DEPT. STORES.
