A great service!. Over the past several years I have observed that the staff takes care of all types of cyclists, from novices to pros, with equal interest and attention to their needs. I am a bike commuter riding from Capitol Hill to Silver Spring and back daily and I need to have my bike running well...whenever I've had a breakdown or needed an adjustment, I have been able to have my bike serviced immediately. This attention and great service factored into me recently buying a new bike from them. It's great to have them as a neighbor.

always accommodating. The staff at CHB are AWESOME! They are friendly, super knowledgeable, and always accommodating. I make the trek all the way across town to shop there rather than go to a more local store.
