Bowie >Toyota of Bowie
A great experience. We purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima on Sunday May 6, 2012. It was a pleasant experience free of the back and forth haggling and numbers games many people complain about at other dealerships. We would highly recommend our sales consultant, Mr. Pauly Sansone to anyone looking for a used vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He patiently explained every feature and technical detail of our vehicle. This dealership has a very nice customer waiting area, clean and comfortable. 5 Stars !
Waste of time and money.
I called and specifically asked about a 2007 Honda Odyssey that is still listed on their site. Still listed on Cars dot com, still listed and relisted on Craigslist and the car was sold over three weeks ago. I came from VA to look at this car. I was told yes this car is still here on the lot and available. I even had the salesman check to see if it had had it's timing belt changed since the Odyssey had 86K miles listed on it and they are due for a change. He said he would check. He claimed he couldn't find out, but that if it had not been changed he would definitely make sure I was compensated with a lower price and/or having someone do the work. Can't tell you how many times I said Odyssey. I get there and he goes looking for the Odyssey and can't find it. I overhear the other salesman saying it was sold over three weeks ago. After walking around the lot, he then said Oh I thought you said CRV. What???
Never did I say anything like that. Now that you know the car has been sold, why did you relist it yesterday on Craigslist? I was suckered in three days ago. Why is it still...after three weeks listed with Cars dot com and on your own website? I hate being lied to. Avoid this dealership! They'll put up an ad just to get you to come out. I didn't even get an apology. No compensation for driving all the extra miles. Nothing.
I'll share this with everyone I know.
Very simple and honest. Kevon kept the negotiations very simple and honest, and I walked out of the dealership with the deal that I wanted. He was very friendly, courteous and easy to work with. I would recommend him to any friends or family that are in the market for a new car. The financing person had us out of the dealership in only tne minutes, which was very much appreciated. I most liked working with Kevon. his employment at Toyota of Bowie made deciding where to buy my new car very easy.
Completely satisfied. Salesman was extremely helpful and courteous. The negotiation was well received, I am completely satisfied of the outcome. The final paperwork were handled in a prompt and efficient manner. There are no delays. Because of the ease and comfort I experienced during my purchased I would definitely recommended this dealership. I have also had the opportunity to service my vehicle her and the service is excellent.
Professional and approachable. The personal care and attentoin of the staff and the welcoming atmosphere of the sales area. The staff appeared professional and approachable. I was pleasantly surprised and because of the attention to detail and knowledge of the product, I will tell others of my experience. special thanks to Lavonne and Brenda.
Really efficient and not pushy. The sales person was really efficient and not pushy. Even after we made our decision on the Highlander and asked her if we could check out a Rav4, she gladly showed us some Rav4 and allowed us to test drive one. We felt she was really trying to address our needs and not just sell us a car.
Not pushy at all. I just bought a 2009 Toyota Matrix from Toyota of Bowie. It was the best experience I ever had buying a car. My salesperson was James Earley, definitely ask for him, he was not pushy at all, and it was very comfortable working with him. And the finance people were great. I was worried about my payments and they worked with me so well. The day after I bought the car the finance guy called me and said I think I can find you a better interest rate at another bank. I've never heard of a dealership that would call you back the next day even after you've signed the papers. If you already bought your car then I would def tell your friends and family about them. They even feed you popcorn and water/soda while your dealing. It's a great place. And definitely ask for James Earley, he works hard for you, and finds exactly what you like.
Accommodate all the customers. My overall experience with purchasing a Toyota Camry from Toyota of Bowie was wonderful. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. My sales rep was very professional and very thorough in explaining the car and everything else that goes along with a new car purchase. I have to say that Customer Service is obviously very important to Toyota because everyone at this dealership was friendly and always offered assistance. Even when the dealership was overrun with people purchasing cars under the CARS Program the folks at Toyota kept smiles on their faces and tried to accommodate all the customers. I had to return to have an alarm and protectant coating put on the car. Toyota provided me with another car to drive while mine was being taken car of. Chrysler never did that for me! All I've got left to say is that in the future, if the automotive department measures up to the sales and customer service departments, then I would not have a reason to ever go to another dealer for my next car purchase! A+++ for Toyota of Bowie....
Very nice. I decided to just handle things over the internet and email. First time I negotiated over the internet for a car. I ended up ordering my truck from Toyota of Bowie. The guy I dealt with Internet Salesman Tim Smith was very nice and answered all my questions both online and in person and I had no problems.
Definitely be coming back. By far the MOST PLEASANT experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. EVERYONE was pleasant and courteous and answered every question I had about my new Tacoma. I will definitely be coming back
