Friendly Service.
Ribs were cooked to perfection. Barbecue chicken was wonderfully prepared. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was served very timely with southern style sides including corn muffins, grandmas potato salad and baked beans.

Memphis-style barbecue with a blues soundtrack sweeps the nation..
In Short
Founded in Tennessee, this barbecue chain is the blues version of a big-city Hard Rock Cafe. Walls are lined with posters and memorabilia of musicians like Bessie Smith and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Ribs are the specialty of the house and come dry, wet or sweet. Pulled pork and fried catfish are complemented by the deep-fried onion ring loaf.

Even if you don't like barbecue, you will do well.
We have been residents of Waldorf for nearly 5 years, and in that time, we have tried nearly every restaurant in town. The only restaurant we have returned to time and time again, has been Red Hot and Blue. The atmosphere is good, and the food and service are always excellent. We know most of the waiters and waitresses by first name, and Jason, Katie, Mike, and the rest of the gang are always top notch and a pleasure to dine with. For the price and the quality, we have never gone wrong with Red Hot & Blue... Although, I'm not a salad eater normally, I more often than not go with the Smokehouse Salad, which is the best salad I've ever had for a meal...
