do NOT go here. Owner was great in the beginning, horrible after I bought the dress. She promised to make it perfect, that it would look great, and that they did free alterations. When the dress came, it was too big. After it was taken in, it still fit strangely but when I said something, the owner made it seem like it was my problem--that the dress was supposed to look like that. I said I wasn't happy with the alterations and she said it would cost another $100 if I did more to the dress! She was so dismissive and unwilling to help me. I was uncomfortable and felt constantly bullied into accepting the way the dress looked. They ended up doing a couple other adjustments (for free) but I was still unhappy. Instead of saying anything to them, I took it somewhere else. I didn't want to talk to them again. It was a horrible and upsetting experience. I so wish I'd gone somewhere else.

made a fun experiece AWFUL. Ok, do when i chose my dress it was on a week day and it seemed everyone was very helpful. Plus the dresses are all out on manikins so it made it easier to chose the ones you wanted to try on. The owner said she would include the alterations in the price. she said we had to pay for a rush fee which was $250 (4 months before the wedding) but it came in less than 1 month. We also had to pay $180 for the bustle when the dress came in. We also purchased 8 bridesmaid dresses. 4 of the 8 dresses were SO big, they were falling off my bridesmaids. They would not do free alterations even though they measured each girl and were way way off. Even when the girls said they dont normally wear those sizes but they insisted. My friend wears a 12 normally and they said she was an 18! so they paid to get them altered. 2 of my bridesmaid had to get them altered a second time because the first time was not done properly. My dress was also too big but i did lose a little weight. the owner was very rude to me when i came in for the fitting and tried to charge me $100 for alterations which i refused because she agreed when we purchased the dress all alterations were included. She really ruined my whole wedding dress experience. I felt scared or nervous to tell her to take it in and she kept cutting me off. The customer service there is absolutely awful and so is their measuring. I thought buying a dress was supposed to be a fun experience but they made it awful. They are so mean there and the owner acts like you are wasting her time when i bought a $2500 dress plus all their extra fees! PS, dont go on the weekend, they will not have time for you.
