New hair dryers dry your hair in half the time. I am normally under the dryer at least 1hour but now I am completely dry in 30 minutes.

I have soft hair and I left with puffy roots. Another time they charged me extra for my relaxer for an 'unknown' reason (or at least no one was able to articulate it in English). I switched salons.

Don't go here if you have long hair. You say "four inches" and they hear "eight." Extremely unhappy as I was growing my hair out for Locks of Love.
