This place is the best price and quality!. This salon has the friendliest staff, the best pedicure chairs and the best prices! Lee, Crystal and Tina are the best at all the services-- waxing, mani, pedi, pink & white nails, gell nails. I live in Manhattan and can't wait to get back to DC to have my nails done by Lee!
