Sue is amazing! I have had multiple treatments done before going to Sue. She has given me the best results. The hair is going away! Sue also makes you feel very comfortable. The pain level is low. If you want great results from laser hair removal go see Sue at Capital Laser!

I donâ??t think it can get any better than thisâ?¦. I don’t usually post reviews, but felt compelled to do so following my experience with Capital Laser and Sue.

Two years ago, I decided to try laser hair removal as a result of a thick beard and unsightly ingrown hairs on my face. Shaving was difficult, and not shaving wasn’t an option given the need to look professional for work and graduate level study purposes. Before trying Capital Laser, I initially was undergoing treatment at a Doctor’s office. He estimated that I would need about four to five treatments, but over eight treatments later, all I had to show for the time and money were numerous patches of hair on my face (bizarre looking if I went even one day without shaving) and some small scars from blisters received from the treatments. Following a treatment (always scheduled for a Friday), I wouldn’t leave my house all weekend due to the puffiness of my face and possibly some blisters. I almost gave up…

After realizing that I had to try someplace else in order to treat at least some of the remaining patches of hair on my cheeks and chin area, I found Capital Laser. I am now two treatments in with Sue and I am responding amazingly to the treatments. Not only that, but following both treatments with Sue, I can go to work and even out that same evening with friends. Aside from a slight pinkness that subsides after about 20 minutes following the treatment, you cannot tell I had any procedure done earlier that day! No blisters, no puffiness, and the patches are getting smaller and fewer! Sue’s office is clean, welcoming, the prices are fair, and both she and her staff have been extremely kind and sympathetic to my situation. The experience and response to the treatments I have had thus far with Capital Laser is the experience and response I was hoping for/expecting when I first decided to try laser hair removal to deal with my ingrown hairs. Sue is clearly an expert at what she is doing (as you will come to learn after a consultation with her and from the many certificates on her wall) and I am so very grateful to her for her help.

If you’re considering laser hair removal, I don’t think it can get any better than this…

Amazing Results!. Capital Laser Hair Removal is awesome! The staff is extremely courteous and professional. With the consultation done before hand, I knew exactly what kind of results I should be expecting up front and whether or not I was a good candidate. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the results. After about 6 sessions I am pretty much hairless. I had laser hair removal treatment done for the Brazilian and Underarms areas. Another plus is that Capital Laser is conveniently located right off the Rosslyn Metro Station.

Seriously amazing results. I am very happy with my results at Capital Laser. I have gone in twice so far to have laser hair removal done on my underarms, but I saw immediate results even after the first treatment.

From scheduling, to the consultation, to having laser hair removal done, I have been well-informed every step of the way. Scheduling the initial appointment was personal, confidential and they worked with my schedule too which was nice.

When I went in for my consultation, it seemed very professional and clean. The consultation itself was informative and I didn't feel like I was just being sold to. Answers to my questions were given to me straight. Luckily, I was a good candidate to receive laser hair removal or I would have been discouraged from doing it. When I came in for my first session, the laser specialist really knew what she was doing and talked me through it. It was a little painful (felt like hard pinches), but it was over super quickly and she didn't miss a single spot!

I think their prices are reasonable for the type of services you're receiving. After seeing the results, its more than worth it and I'll be saving money in the long run. For an honest and professional experience, I highly recommend this place over the chain centers who seem to care more about the sale than you.
