Atrocious Service and Ripoff Pricing. Stay away from these thieves. They charged a small fortune to install a toilet. A few months later the wax seal at the base of the toilet started leaking because it was improperly installed. They came back and charged $355 to do the job again. This is an absurd charge, especially considering they did it wrong the first time. I challenged he charges - the answer was "tough". Okay, but never again.

This is more than twice what it should cost for this job. Replacing a wax seal requires shutting off the water (closing a valve), removing a line, and taking off two nuts. It's a less than 1 hour job.

Avoid Caffi Plumbing and Heating at all costs - they will drain your wallet and do a poor job.
