Terrible Customer Service by the GM. Surprised Kent Lawson is employed! Terrible GM, we had a complaint and he did nothing about it! Most nicer establishments will go out of their way to make sure customers are happy...not this GM. Save your money and dont bother going to this place...if you are at all upset...they dont care! I will not recommend this place to anyone I know, nor will I speak good about it! Advice to the owner...fire the GM! get someone in who cares about your clients...!! Such a shame!…
All about No's. All we heard as customers was no. When asked for chilled tomato juice, they said no - ours sits at the bar and is warm. (we got w/ice so it's watered down). When we asked for steak and eggs but w/egg whites, we were told "sorry we don't have eggwhites." (if you have eggs, well gee... then you have eggwhites) When we asked for something other than fries (carbs) they said no unless we paid $2 more for vegetables ($15 for steak/eggs). The food was allright but the bagels came burned and to top it off, when we paid, only after 10 minutes of taking the bill did they come back and say "we don't take discover". Like I said, all we heard was no and nothing else. I understand that a restaurant chooses to have whatever they want on menu but we didn't see our requests as unusual.…
