NOT Recommended . Not polite, very arrogant, and they always tried to upsell . You cannot trust them ! My last experience was the last time I visited this place ! Never will in the future ! They're also very pricey ..

This place is very expensive and a rip-off. They have Hidden fees !! BE AWARE ! I changed the starter with them a while ago and they charged 775$ . I called auto zone and 3 more distributors to find out how much will be the part and the price was ranging from 160-185$ .../ Other shops i called later on..said shouldn't have costed more than 120 for the labor /// part + labor = 320-350 $ aprox./ ..Midas ripped me off and tried to justify as the part was expensive -NOT TRUE / ----!!--I'm sure they're writing their own reviews here..!!! --- but don't fall for that , always call other shops and compare the prices , you'll see the difference !! Call other shops in your area, in ...any other area...wherever you live, but always compare the prices, don't just leave the car there in their shop without knowing the price for the job and without comparing the prices, because you'll have a shocking bill-surprise when you'll return to pick up your car . They're a big big Rip-off !!

A buddy of mine told me to take my car to south glebe arlington midas to get second opinion on this noise I heard from my front shocks because I got a price of close to $500 to change the front struts from a couple other shops and I wanted to make sure I really needed them. All it was was this little thing that went on the arm that had gone bad and was only gona cost $100 compared to $500 for changing out complete strut system. I saved money and was able to get an oil change and front brakes for the cost difference. thanks guys, will do business again.

GREAT JOB MIDAS YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I left my car for a brake inspection the other saturday after i went to a local gas station for a oil change and the service guy there told me i needed brake pads and rotors for the front and rear of my car, the service advisor had the tech check my brakes an found that i only needed the front brake pads replaced and have the front rotors machined , i was also advised that the rear brakes would not be needed for about another 6 to 9 months . just because iam a girl the gas station was trying to rip me off but at midas i got a stright anwser and only what i needed done. GREAT JOB MIDAS YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

Midas has been great. Being in such a large area it is hard to find reliable and trustworthy automotive help. Midas has been great with helping both my boyfriend and I with oil changes and other maintene issues.

They saved me. I cannot emphasize how great of a job these guys did at midas in arlington. They practically saved me from a possible accident had I not addressed the issue right away. I got a couple estimates from other places for break work and decided to go with midas because they seemed to know what they were talking about. The other shops failed to mention my break pad sensor was rubbing against the rotor ever so slightly behind the rotor where it's hard to see and that my ball joint or something like that was going bad for one of my tire systems. I could not believe my tire was wobbling up and down irregularly like that while still bolted down; I thought it was not necessary to do but when the guy showed me how the tire was wobbling, I knew this was not normal and needed to be dealt with immediately… I was just shocked that the other shops didn't notice this but Im not surprised really.

I trust them. Went there a few days back to get a second opinion on brakes. They said the shoes (brake pads) and hardware (spring) needed to be changed. Also they showed me that the bushings were giving away and needed to be changed. All inclusive around $700. I did not want to pay so much but I knew that the brakes and bushings were the problem and the potential risks involved and so got them all changed.

They really know how to treat their customers. Being in such a large area it is hard to find reliable and trustworthy automotive help. Midas has been great with helping both my boyfriend and I with oil changes and other maintene issues.Just recently my boyfriend was having issues with his mustang starting and we thought it was the battery. After having the car towed to Midas they said it would be $100 to diagnose the problem and from there the cost would increase. They were able to quickly determine the problem and only charged us 1/2 of the diagnostic test fee and gave us $100 coupon. They really know how to treat their customers.
