HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!.
Tonight was our first, last, and only time to experience Three Thai Sushi. We ordered online and were quoted 45 minutes. An hour later, we called and were told that the driver had left 20 minutes before (we live maybe 5-10 minutes away) and that she would have the driver call us. 15 minutes later, with no phone call, the driver finally arrived with plenty of excuses and stone cold food. When we called to complain, we were promised a return phone call within 5 minutes - and didn't actually call for 25 minutes. The food may have been good had it still been warm, but it's hard to tell. Had they made any effort at customer service, they would probably get a second chance... but obviously they're not concerned with repeat business. Manager said outright that they are not concerned with customer satisfaction and repeat business.
