Below par for typical chinese buffets. Don't be fooled that this restaurant has a nice ad in the DC-Metro area map. The restaurant's food is far from tasty. From the dried up cheese-wontons to the chewey lo-mein, it just was not good. Also, the bathroom was directly next to the buffet.
