Acupuncture at Bodnar Chiropractic Center.
I had the pleasure of being treated by acupuncturist Chris Grodski shortly after him joining the friendly and professional team at Bodnar Chiropractic Center.
I could not imagine any more attentive care. Chris listened attentively and responded to my health issues. He explained the approach and treatment method of acupuncture in detail. He is very considerate, courteous and thorough. I was impressed by his approach of treating the body in a holistic manner. As a result of Chris's systemic acupuncture treatment of both the back and front sides of the body I could finally feel relief from chronic pain.

Best Adjustment Ever. I had a great chiropractor in the midwest from Palmer College and decided to find a Palmer grad in Alexandria. There aren't too many, but I found Dr. Bodnar. I was having some headache and called for an appointment. I was seen in the morning for and exam and had an adjustment in the afternoon. Wow I've never had an adjustment like that before. Dr. Bodnar is the best chiropractor I've seen, and I've seen a few!…
If you hurt, go here!. I've been dealing with chronic low back pain for years and was told I would need surgery to fix it. I'm not a fan of doctors and really didn't want to have surgery because I hear your never the same. A co-worker raved about this place and I figured I would give chiropractic a try. After meeting with Dr. Bodnar, he explained about my problem (disc) and set out a plan of decompression traction, physical therapy and adjustments. I started to feel better after a few weeks and couldn't be happier now. I'm able to work in the yard and walk the dog without any difficulty. Sometimes I have to wear a support, but no surgery and hardly no pain. I couldn't be happier. There office is in Alexandria on Rt 1 just south of old town. By far the best chiropractor in Alexandria.
