Whenever I need a key made I come here. I own a series of houses around the city that I rent out. Whenever I have a new tenant I need to change the locks so Im frequently in and out of this great shop. The keys cut here are always done to perfection. This is the best and the only place I frequent downtown. If you live near Logan Circle this is the place you should check out.

This is my one-stop shop for keymaking in the district because it's close and they have a solid repution. However, I don't usually go in here for more than some nails or screws because the store is too small to have the materials you need for special home projects. But to end on a high note, I will say they have saved me a trip outside the city on a number of occasions when I had to make a repair and needed some nuts and washers. They have an adequate supply of emergency plumbing supplies as well.

This well-stocked hardware store on P Street near Logan Circle has friendly service, well-organized shelves, and a swift and masterful key-maker. Prices are what you'd expect, but the ease and convenience with which things are located and presented in what is a relatively small space makes Logan Hardware stand out.
