Winner Cupcakes Wars!!!. Okay, I'm addicted to SFB's Sticky Buns. Addicted!!! Although not an official Vegan, Sticky Fingers does boast some of the best Vegan fare around...I'll fight someone for one of their breakfast burritos. And...Owner, Doran Petersan was a winner on Cupcake Wars. Nope, not all cupcakes are equal. Get in line...these cupcakes are worth the wait and unbelieveably delicious. Yes, there are many of us crossing the Potomac River to get our favorite treats from Sticky Fingers! If you don't want to drive to Columbia Heights, check out a few of the Sticky Fingers treats at Whole Foods. Like I said...addicted!

Vegan Heaven. I only tried a few cupcakes because my sweet tooth had a craving for cupcakes one day so I ventured out to Sticky Fingers. The coconut cupcakes were incredible, perfect amount of sweetness. The chocolate cupcakes were a little sweeter than I had expected, especially the frosting on the cupcakes.

Sticky Fingers has more than just sweets, there are entrees and sandwiches with "meat" that I am hoping to try some time in the near future!

Delicious Dairy-Free Ice Cream. This cute pink bakery in Columbia Heights boasts a wide array of vegan and vegetarian friendly fair.

I'm lactose intolerant, but I have a deep weakness for ice cream. They have really tasty dairy-less ice desserts. It's cold, sweet, and creamy. It doesn't taste exactly like ice cream, but it's good enough to be it's own good dessert. I didn't buy them often, because they were a little pricey for me.

The baked goods weren't my favorite. The cupcakes weighed a ton and only tasted vaguely like a cupcake. I got "Oreo" cookie crumbles on my ice cream once and regretted it as I picked them off as I walked home.

Only consuming food made animal-product free takes dedication. If you are a vegan or vegetarian you will probably LOVE this place for their wide-variety of sweets.

If you are not a vegan I highly advise just eating a real cupcake.
