Sassoon Salon's Excellent Customer Service. I went to Sassoon Salon for an event this past week and was incredibly impressed with the high quality of service! My stylist, Gia, was incredibly knowledgable about hair and informed me that all Sasoon stylists and colorists attend a 12 week course before they can be eligible to work at the salon--it really showed! Although I just got my hair styled, not cut or colored, Gia's work was great--my fine hair, which I normally wash every day, stayed straight and voluminous for two full days. The best part of the salon is that the staff is friendly but not pushy or invasive--all in all, a relaxing and fabulous experience!

Much like a fashion house itself, Sassoon salons release seasonal "collections" twice a year--a group of fresh cut and color ideas--that ensure the stylists, who must attend workshops to learn the new techniques, are always on the cutting edge of hair design (pun intended). In addition to regular cosmetology school, Sassoon stylists also complete two years of intensive Sassoon-specific training and specialize in either cut or color. Combined with a massage-intensive shampoo and top-notch products from Kerastase and other favorite brands, it's a hair care experience fit for fashionistas.
