I thought service in the Springfield location was bad. The service is HORRIBLE here. I waited 20 minutes just to get someone to help me. First person had no idea. Neither did the second. Irritating.

They lock all recent games in a cage that you cannot look through and it takes forever to find an employee to open the cage.

Like all Best Buys, it's nearly impossible to find anyone to help you. After waiting for 0 minutes to have a video game taken out of the locked area for me, I gave up out of frustration.

ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!!. Very Poor Service. The phone rang for 17 minutes, and you could tell that the associates were picking up the phone and putting me back on hold, just allowing the call to bounce from department to department. I had a huge purchase i wanted…
