thiefs. I had dinner with my family early october, The service was pretty bad, server seemed unhappy to work there or wait on customers othe than their own kind, could not get a smile, waited along time to get anything, when paid the check, I paid with two credit cards, I left the 20% on one of the credi cards for all the dinners,more than what the server deserved. When I recieved my bank statement 20%was added on the other one, without my knowledge and my approval. I called the owner, never apologiesed once, he made some lame exuse why it was added.because of the reciept was not found so the server added the money, I know its against the law to add tip on the credit card, without approval from the customerl. owner never offered a gift card or should have credited or comped one dinner. I will never go back again or reccommend to any one.

does anyone out there know where or to whome i can make a legal complaint against this restaurant .
