I'm hard to impress, but they did. I 'stumbled' across these guys while visiting a neighbor that they were doing work for. I normally check out repair services extensively before I engage any of them...there are just too many out there with no way to judge...and I am a 'tough cookie' to boot. I wound up taking a chance on these guys installing a new hot water heater for me. QUALITY of product and service is totally off the scale!!!! I highly recommend. Ask for Mark or Paul.

rip off with a smile. company installed hot water heater and that same night gas fireplace kept going out, Both are hooked to same master gas line. called company and wanted them to come and take a quick look. WAS NOT told I would be charged another fee I got mad that I had to pay them a fee to come to my home. Lady at front desk blatantly lied to me over the phone and insisted she said she told me I would be charged. I filed a complaint with BBB. VP replied to BBB and said I knew i would be charged priot to their visit and stated he would contact me and guess what, HE NEVER DID. I have informed all residents in my HOA of the scam tactics of airflow and will continue my crusade for justice. This company stinks greatly and their actions are why home repairs are on of the biggest ripoffs in the US.
