Sub-par for the Waterfront.
This review is based solely on the bar. We went here Friday night for a few drinks with friends. We stayed at the bar the whole night. They played fun music but there was no outside bar which is the attraction of the Georgetown Waterfront! It wasn't crowded like the outside bars can be which is a plus. The prices were typical waterfront prices, $6 for a rum and coke which is served in a small cocktail glass.
The biggest complaint was the bartender. I had to wait over 5 min. to close my tab after the rest of my party had left. He blatantly looked at me when I asked for my tab and continued to walk away. The bar was not nearly packed, yet it was hard to grab his attention. Just a huge pet peeve of mine! However, I want to come back and try the food but I will probably not go back for the bar scene.

Citysearch Editorial Review.
This upscale Mexican spot on the Washington Harbour in Georgetown offers standard fare--margaritas, ceviches, enchiladas and quesadillas--at higher prices than one might expect, but they match the waterfront view, white tablecloths and flowing curtains surrounding luxurious booths.
