I was very pleased with roto-rooters convenient online scheduling system, and a techinician came out on time after the office called to say that he was available. He was also able to fix our problem quickly and well.

The price was a tremendous shock, nearl $450 just to unclog a laundry drain! Imagine the price tag if he had to snake two drains, and the cost doubles! Of course, having moved to Northern VA from the semi-rural Midwest (where we rented a 3-bed house for < $800 a month), everything seems expensive to us!
