VisaHQ is an unprofessional company and their failure to communicate ended up costing me over $1500. I sent them my Passport and all the necessary documents for a visa for Brazil. I've travelled in India and China and am familiar with the visa application process. I received an email the day they received my documents saying that my packet was incomplete. I responded to their email that day with clarifying information. I received an email in response saying "Great, thanks. We'll let you know if there are any problems."

I did not hear anything from them as weeks went by. However, I did not follow up initially because you provide a date on the application by which you need your passport returned to you. While their records indicate that they called me. My phone record from my wireless provider indicates otherwise.

I called VisaHQ two days before my passport was to be returned to me, a date 6 days before I was actually supposed to leave the country. They had not been processing my Visa. It took multiple phone calls before they agreed to even return my passport by the date I listed on THEIR form.

To receive a Brazilian visa, which other companies can process in 5 BUSINESS DAYS, you must provide plane ticket and hotel information. There will be less than 5 business days once I get my passport back and I am out the money I spent on plane tickets and hotel room. VisaHQ has the responsibility to notify you that there's a problem with your visa application, while you sit waiting and relying on them to process it.

Furthermore, if they knew that they could not process the visa in time they should have just returned my documentation to me. They very clearly, because of the dates they asked for on their form, knew when I needed my passport returned to me and simply failed to do it.

If they had either just returned it to me OR notified me in a timely manner that there was a problem, I would have been able to get a visa through another company.

Don't worry; they will be hearing from me.

Very Simple And Easy To Use. Once again, I left things to the last minute. Oh, well, VisaHQ to the rescue! I've been using them for years at work for my journalists, so it wasn't a tough decision to call them up and use them myself. The one thing that I like most is that their website is so easy to use. Top that off with a fee that is realistic and affordable, and you've got a winner.

Quick and Professional Service!. After booking a trip to Egypt on a whim, I realized I had very little time to obtain my tourist visa. 2. Convenient location

3. Straight-forward instructions

4. Continuous status updates

5. Accurate ETA

Overall, I was very impressed with the service for my Russian and China visas.
