Celebrity chef Michel Richard is perhaps best known for Citronelle, his flagship restaurant in Georgetown, but this Penn Quarter bistro is a more casual spot for sampling the famous French-inspired American cuisine (think mussels, steak au poivre and filet mignon) at an affordable cost.
