FAREWELL AND GOOD RIDDANCE!!! OFF TO PENTAGON CITY YOU GO!. Like so many others, I was attracted to the merchandise on display in the store. I have even bought on one or two occasions - with the owner ringing me up. Those must have been "good days" for her. On two occasions since then I have now had her speak to me, unprovoked, in the most RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNINTELLIGENT manner possible. Clearly, this woman has no idea of the concepts of courtesy, gratitude for patronage, or anything else that defines good business practices. I've seen her reply to the other individuals who have complained on other review sites about her seemingly imbalanced behavior and I must say, she is able to manage a coherent line of thought long enough to get those thoughts into writing. It's too bad that that ability doesn't transfer into common decency and business sense. Oh, well... I understand she's packing up and heading for Pentagon City - I must presume, in order to shed the image she's created for herself in Burke. And let's be clear - she created this image very deliberately. I've heard from more than one person who's been addressed as "IDIOT!" when they responded politely, but firmly, to her inexplicable attacks. Farewell and good riddance!!! Perhaps the Pentagon City venue will provide enough business that she'll be able to pay her rent with the occasional purchase from the unaware.…

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I totally agree with the March 15, 2011 review. I was quietly browsing around the store when the owner told me that, if I wasn't going to buy anything, that I had to stop touching the merchandise. This store sells scented soaps, body lotions, and shower gel. How are you supposed to buy something without touching it first? She was INCREDIBLY rude and all I was doing was browsing! Unbelieveable. I actually would have bought a few things, but now I will never set foot in this place again and I plan to tell as many people as possible about this HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT SHOP HERE.…
