Great Food and Service at Great Price. I have eaten here about once a week for 15 years. Wes is the best waiter anywhere. The menu is scrumptuous and prices are very low. I recommend the chili, dry ribs, starter salad and banana pudding. The service is so good they don't even need a manager on the floor.

Memphis-style barbecue with a blues soundtrack sweeps the nation.. In Short
Founded in Tennessee, this barbecue chain is the blues version of a big-city Hard Rock Cafe. Walls are lined with posters and memorabilia of musicians like Bessie Smith and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Ribs are the specialty of the house and come dry, wet or sweet. Pulled pork and fried catfish are complemented by the deep-fried onion ring loaf.

The place to be. If you want very good bar-b-que, potato salad, bread, and slaw or baked beans, and tangy lemonade, plus the brownie/ice cream dessert, this is the place to go. My wife and I make a special trip to eat here at least once a month. Puts Famous Dave's to shame. Plus, their decor is great.
