Own up to your faults!. This company is the worse! This company was called in to pick up my car for a tow after I had a flat tire. The tow went fine up until the driver backed into my car and left without a notice on my car or a call back to say he did it! I understand that it's an accident and he probably didn't mean to do it, but the fact remains YOU DID! I will NEVER EVER use this company for anything! I pray God's justice prevails!

Piss Poor Service!!!!!!. I took my vehicle in for inspection/service on a Sat morning around 0800. I called for a status the following Tuesday since no one from the shop ever called me. I was giving some bullcrap and was told someone whould call me the next day (Wed) to explain, nobody ever called! I called on Thursday and was told what needed to be done to the vehicle and was infomed someone would call me back. They never called! I went to the shop on the following Sat and explained I needed the vehicle by 04/13/2011 so that I can get it inspected (emmision). Someone called me on 04/12/11 and stated they would leave the key so that I can pick the car up and get it inspected. I went to the shop on the evening of 04/12/11, and the attendant could not be locate the car key. Also, my car was blocked in by another vehicle anyway. At the time of this writing, I have not heard from anyone in the shop regarding the status of my vehicle.

What kind of shop are you'll running? No professionalism, or customer service whatsoever. I'll never by snacks, gas, oil, air, tow or anything else from the Service Station!!!!!!!!!!
